I went to the park earlier today. It was an incredibly gorgeous setting on the water and a super beautiful day. I just got a new flip camera and I thought I'd try it out and put together a few fun and relaxed videos for you.
I was in my street clothes and barefoot, definitely not the usual workout attire that I would use to film a video for my site. Why is this important? Well, because, I wanted to share with you that it doesn't always have to be the perfect setting (a gym or a studio) or the perfect situation (a class, the sneakers, a great tank) to move your body! It's OK to explore and have some healthy fun barefootin' in the park.
In this video I do a basic stretch routine. It is approximately four minutes total. It easy to do and you will feel really good once you give it a try.
