Life is a dance! As with most things in life, the dance is ever changing. Sometimes the dance or the dance partner are old, familiar and soft as it warms the heart. Other times, the music is new, the dance is different and the body feels out of sorts and confused.
In the past 15 months, my life's dance has changed tremendously! Life has tossed me a few awesome and wonderful, yet life altering curve balls! I have moved from the subs to the wondrous "Big Apple". I got engaged and planned a wedding. I got married to the man of my dreams and changed my work schedule with my clients. With all this change, I lost all sense of what used to be my routine and found myself dancing a grand, new and exciting dance.
The unplanned walks I used to take around my neighborhood, the space I had in my old apartment to do a workout dvd, the wood floors in my living room that allowed me to practice my dance moves, now all a thing of the past. Now, I am finding my new routines in my new life. Taking dance class,
walks in the park and meeting new friends are all things of my present. We'll see what the future holds.
Through the past year and 3 months, I've come to new understanding of not only my life but also, what will help my clients better achieve their goals. So, I developed a group to provide you with support, motivation and tools for success! My new group, Everyday Moves is a place where you can find a buddy, discuss successes and frustrations, get
tips on nutrition, dance fitness exercises, and participate in live
teleconferences to become educated and find support!
I want to encourage you, no matter what changes you are experiencing, to keep moving! If it is a difficult time you are in, the movement will help you get through it. If it is a wonderful time you are experiencing, the movement will enhance it!
Become a part of my new group called "Everyday Moves"! Watch for the release of the the limited time "FREE" membership, coming soon!
I am here to help you stay motivated and create you're own life's dance, just a little bit every day!
