Patent Information. Features and services within Company products may be the subject matter of pending and issued patents assigned to Company.
Trademark Information. “Meaningful Movement”, “Patty Rose”, “DanceStrong”, “Dance Meets Fitness”, “Listen and Move”, and “Dance Fitness Pro” are or will be registered trademarks and/or registered service marks of Company, in the United States and other countries. Company reserves all rights with respect to its trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, trade dress and other indicia (“Marks”). Company does not routinely accept or review specific requests for guidance on the use of its Marks. Any unauthorized use of any Company-owned Mark, or any use of a mark that is confusingly similar to, or likely to cause confusion with, a Company-owned Mark, would constitute infringement of Company’s exclusive trademark rights.
Copyright Information. Company’s products, services, Web content and related materials (collectively, “Offerings”) are owned by Company and/or its licensors, and all rights in such Offerings are reserved by Company and/or its licensors. For information regarding permission to use screen displays and other content, please email a request for Company’s Permissions Policy to mail@davidmslater.com. In your request please state the reason(s) why you are requesting the information.
Notices of Infringement. Persons who believe that their copyrights have been infringed via Company sites may notify Company’s Designated Agent. All notices must comply with the requirements of U.S. Copyright Act 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) and regulations promulgated thereunder, each as amended. Such notices not complying with these requirements will be returned unprocessed. No other notices or inquiries of any type, including requests for information, purchase or technical support questions, notices of infringement of third-party trademark or patent rights, employment inquiries, press inquiries, or investor inquiries, will be read or answered under this Agent and Agent Address.

Risk of Loss. All items purchased and shipped from Company are fulfilled pursuant to a shipment contract between Company and our carriers. This means that both the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
