Flexibility is a a personal goal. It is progression that takes time with small consistent, stretching activities. It is important to move your body and gently stretch once a day. This Flexibility Video Mini Series will help you do just that.
Inner Thigh and Torso Stretch: try this simple stretch anytime in your day for to increase flexibility of your inner thigh and torso!
